I promised to be an equal opportunity satirist, but it's been difficult since a lot of the other personalities have not been generating headlines (except maybe for Jinggoy Estrada's fainting spell, which is too easy a target).

Enter Satur Ocampo -- since you really can't generate much news living in your office, I figured I'd make one up.
